The Role

As the Boutique Manager , you will be empowering, enchanting and storytelling focused to lead your team towards achieving high commercial outcomes, guide best practice customer service, and encouraging of each team member’s individual characteristics.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the ability to be an exceptional communicator, knowledgeable on all the tips & tricks to build your team into a confident collaborative hive and drive positive red‑carpet experiences for all customers visiting Honey Birdette – ensuring they never fall short of product to fulfil their needs.

This role reports into the respective Area Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Driving and achieving sales and KPI targets across your Boutique.
- Raising customer engagement & satisfaction.
- Empowering and encouraging team members’ needs and guiding their exploration in a positive note.




- Leading, coaching and providing feedback to team.

About You

- At least 2 years’ experience in retail or hospitality environment.
- Exceptional communication and an aching for providing an electrifying customer experience.
- Self‑motivated and passionate about your team’s development and setting them up for success.
- Lead with empathy, compassion and are open‑minded.
- Highly driven about the store success and passionate about the brand.
- Doesn’t shy away from conflict, is resilient, and able to manage expectations.
- Able to advise and direct communication with confidence.
