Lead strong Capex, Projects & Major investment process to ensure stage gate governance framework,



double digit IRR and post investment IRR tracking with formal reviews. Accelerates Capex going into cost reduction productivity projects.

Leads 3‑year cost transformation program targeting delivery above 6% cost of stack. Ensures managing high labor and energy costs environment via cost optimization projects and support the delivery of supply chain optimization projects.

Directs functions as treasury, budgeting, tax, accounting, credit & collections, information systems, real estate, insurance activities, and various administrative functions for the organization and its subsidiaries.

Drives ongoing operational efficiencies and KPI improvements in each area.

Directs activities associated with the security and investment of the organization's assets and funds, and ensures that financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet the organization's short‑and‑long‑term objectives, and regulatory body requirements.

Creates, improves and maintains long‑term strategic finance models including business performance analysis, P&L; and cash flow expectations.

Provides procurement leadership and Information Technology know how, partnering with senior and executive management to ensure functional activities support long‑term organizational plans.

Align local strategy with global priorities while ensuring local P&L; accountability across each leader within the organization.

Oversees and participates in the development of sourcing strategies and execution to deliver financial objectives.
