Our client is a niche underwriting agency specialising in providing motor insurance to people who really care about their cars. They have seen amazing growth in the past 5 years and have ambitions to grow even more in the next 5 years and beyond.
As the company's first Head of Marketing, and leading a small team, you'll have the rare chance to build the marketing function from the ground up. Working alongside the CEO and leadership team to drive customer acquisition, brand growth and commercial performance.
We're looking for an experienced and visionary marketer with deep expertise in performance marketing, attribution, media optimisation and conversion strategy—someone who knows how to turn data and customer insight into measurable business growth.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy
- Own performance marketing across paid channels, attribution and media optimisation
- Drive conversion, customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing
- Build a distinctive brand while delivering measurable commercial outcomes
- Use data, experimentation and test‑and‑learn programs to continually improve marketing effectiveness
- Develop and lead an events and sponsorship strategy
- Build and lead a high‑performing marketing team

- Experience leading marketing within a high‑growth consumer business
- Strong expertise across performance marketing, attribution, media optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
- A commercial, analytical mindset backed by a passion for using data to drive decisions
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
