This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and is confident managing end-to-end accounts payable processes

The Accounts Payable Officer responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable function, including maintaining supplier records, preparing and processing weekly and monthly payment runs, managing EFT, cheque and credit card payments, issuing remittances, and coordinating payments to suppliers





You'll perform month-end reconciliations across supplier accounts, disbursements, write-offs and system balances to ensure financial accuracy and integrity

Finally you will support month-end and general finance duties as required during down times.

About You

- Experience in an end-to-end AP role
- Strong reconciliation skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Confident communicator able to liaise with internal teams and suppliers
