We're looking for a dedicated, friendly, and enthusiastic Junior Customer Service Officer to join our agile Brisbane team.

In this varied role, no two days are the same. You'll support our valued retail customers, provide outstanding service, and help ensure they have the books they need, all while working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Role & Responsibilities

- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails, outbound phone calls





- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while working closely with the sales team and warehouse to ensure seamless support.

- Process and manage customer orders efficiently.

- Coordinate with logistics partners to address customer queries.

- Maintain and update internal databases with accuracy and attention to detail.

- Preparing picking slips to dispatch customers orders

- Proactively prevent service issues by clarifying customer needs, managing expectations, identifying root causes, and escalating when necessary

Qualifications/Experience

- This position is a fully on-site role and reliability is essential

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good telephone manner and willingness to answer incoming (and make outgoing) telephone calls

- Ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities

- Computer skills including exposure to Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Drive
