We offer casual employment to start, with genuine opportunities for ongoing full-time employment for the right candidates. Most team members work an average of 40 hours per week.
Please note: A current HR or MR truck licence is required for these positions.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for reliable people who take pride in their work, enjoy working outdoors and aren't afraid of hard work. We're specifically seeking tree workers who hold a current HR or MR truck licence and are looking to join a professional, safety-focused team.
Experience in arboriculture is highly regarded; however, if you have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and relevant transferable skills, we'd still love to hear from you.

Reliable transport to and from our depot is required. Successful applicants will be invited to complete a paid one-day trial.
About the Role
No two days are the same. As part of our crew, you'll be involved in a variety of arboricultural works, including:
- Tree pruning and removals
- Tree climbing (where applicable)
- Feeding the chipper
- Stump grinding
- Operating HR/MR trucks to transport equipment and green waste
- General labouring and site maintenance
Full training is provided where required, and motivated team members may have the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Arboriculture. You'll also work with a up-to-date fleet of well-maintained equipment and machinery, helping you perform your job safely and efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications
Essential
- Construction White Card
- Current Australian manual driver's licence
- Current HR or MR truck licence
- Right to work in Australia
- Reliable transport to and from our depot
Desirable
- Certificate III in Arboriculture
- Chainsaw and Chipper tickets
- Previous experience in arboriculture or a related industry
- First Aid qualification
