The Role

We are expanding and are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Data Cabler to install, test, and maintain structured cabling and network infrastructure across diverse sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and terminate Cat5e, Cat6, and fibre-optic cabling

- Assemble and dress patch panels, data racks, and conduit systems

- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications

- Test and certify cabling with appropriate test equipment

- Comply with WHS regulations and Telcomtec procedures





- Liaise professionally with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues

Skills & Experience

- Open Cabling Licence with Structured, Fibre, and Coaxial endorsements

- White Card (Construction Induction)

- Demonstrated experience in telecommunications or data cabling

- Sound knowledge of Australian Standards and industry best practice

- Ability to work independently and within a team

- Current driver’s licence

Desirable (not essential)

- Working at Heights and EWP tickets

- Security Installer Licence
