CFEP Surveys is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Client Relationship Officer to join our national team. This is a great opportunity to work with Australia’s leading health and community services accreditation provider.

About the role
The primary role of this position is to support day-to-day operations and business development by delivering high-quality service to existing and prospective clients, fostering long-term relationships, and ensuring a seamless client experience. The Client Relationship Officer contributes to CFEP Surveys’ brand reputation through client support, and by co-developing and delivering key reports, resources, and communications across CFEP Surveys’ product range.
Key Deliverables
- Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and promote CFEP Surveys’ products and services by supporting the development of proposals, contributing to client communications, and maintaining up-to-date stakeholder records.
- Coordinate day-to-day client relationship activities across multiple products ensuring timely communication, effective scheduling, and the preparation of tailored client materials.
- Support the Operations Manager to ensure client expectations and service deliverables are met within agreed timeframes, maintaining a focus on quality and responsiveness.
- Foster strong, professional relationships with clients—such as Primary Health Networks (PHNs), medical colleges, and other stakeholders.
- Act as a responsive and knowledgeable first point of contact for client enquiries,
ensuring all interactions reflect CFEP Surveys’ commitment to professionalism, clarity, and care.
- Support client onboarding and training by preparing resources, coordinating sessions, and offering responsive, ongoing guidance.
Knowledge and skills
- Strong client relationship orientation with the ability to build rapport, respond professionally to enquiries, and support clients across varied service environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to a range of stakeholders including clinicians, educators, administrators and executives.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timeframes.
- Adaptability and resilience when managing competing priorities or shifting client needs.
- High attention to detail, particularly in handling data, generating reports, and quality checking client-facing materials.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative working style and the ability to coordinate tasks and workflows across a small team.
- Sound problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to respond to client issues confidently and escalate appropriately when required.
About you
Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years of administration and customer service
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- At least intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills e.g. Outlook and Word
Desirable:
- Medical sector and/or accreditation experience
