The Store Manager is responsible for leading and managing the retail store to achieve sales targets, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high operational standards. This role involves team leadership, inventory management, visual merchandising, and daily store operations to drive business success.

About the role:

- Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team to consistently deliver high-value customer service

- Train and develop the retail team to improve selling skills, achieve weekly store sales targets and KPIs

- Drive store sales and ensure monthly sales targets are met

- Implement strategies to achieve sales target for the store

- Recruit, hire, and onboard retail staff to meet store and customer needs

- Assign duties and responsibilities and manage staff rostering effectively

- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support career development

- Ensure all team members maintain professional uniform and presentation standards





- Deliver an exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers

- Resolve difficult customer issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary

- Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve store performance

- Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators

- Manage store budgets, expenses, and payroll in line with company guidelines

- Oversee inventory levels and ensure proper stock management and replenishment

- Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures

- Maintain store presentation and that product displays are brand-appropriate and in line with visual merchandising standards and company guidelines to maximise sale opportunities

- Develop thorough knowledge of all products and communicate this to the team

- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements

- Make operational decisions to resolve day-to-day store challenges efficiently

- Support in-store promotions, marketing initiatives, and special events

Here's what we’d love to see from you:

- Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing retail environment

- Previous Store Manager experience within fashion, apparel, retail, or premium/luxury brands is highly regarded

- Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop high performing teams

- Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and achieving business objectives

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure

- Full-time availability required
