We are currently looking for experienced Leading Hands and Installers to join our team. If you have an eye for detail, take pride in your craftsmanship, and want to work on architectural builds that you can actually be proud of, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Executing high-end joinery installations with precision and care.

- Leading a small team onsite to ensure the delivery of quality installations.

- Reading and interpreting architectural plans, solving onsite challenges, and working independently.





- Installing benchtops, pocket doors, hardware, and associated bespoke joinery elements.

- Liaising professionally with Cabinet makers and builders regarding installation methods and setouts.

What You Need to Succeed:

- Strong cabinet making / joinery installation background of at least 5 years

- Experience as a leading hand or the commitment to step into this role

- Experience with premium hardware (e.g., Blum, Hafele).

- Clear communication skills and the ability to lead by example.

- A valid White Card and Drivers Licence.

- A genuine commitment to high-end excellence.
