What you'll contribute to:

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Evil Inc., you will architect multi-cloud, multi-region platforms using Terraform/Pulumi, GitOps, and Kubernetes. You'll engineer ultra-resilient CI/CD pipelines with canary, blue-green, and progressive rollouts, and build observability platforms with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana—turning noise into signal. You'll automate compliance and security into pipelines (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR), design chaos engineering experiments to uncover weaknesses before users ever notice, and drive FinOps strategies to optimize cost without compromising speed.

You'll be at the frontline of reliability and scale, shaping Evil Inc.'s infrastructure to withstand global demand and future-proof innovation.

Key deliverables/responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Architect multi-cloud, multi-region platforms using Terraform/Pulumi, GitOps, and Kubernetes
- Engineer ultra-resilient CI/CD pipelines with canary, blue-green, and progressive rollouts
- Build observability platforms with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana—turning noise into signal
- Automate compliance and security into pipelines (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR)
- Design chaos engineering experiments to uncover weaknesses before users ever notice
- Drive FinOps strategies to optimize cost without compromising speed

How will you make an impact?

You'll need 7+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering roles at scale. You must have mastery of Kubernetes internals, cloud networking, and Linux systems. Solid coding skills (Go, Python, or Rust) are essential.



You should have experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and service meshes. A track record of improving deployment velocity, uptime, and incident response is required.

Nice-to-haves (but highly valued): Contributions to open-source DevOps/SRE projects, experience with ML/AI infra (Kubeflow, Ray, MLflow), and familiarity with zero-trust networking (SPIFFE/SPIRE).
