About the Role

We are seeking motivated and well-connected Business Development Agent to help grow our conveyancing business across South Australia.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with existing relationships in the real estate or finance industry who enjoy networking and generating new business. You will be responsible for developing referral partnerships with real estate agencies and mortgage brokers, helping clients access professional conveyancing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and mortgage brokers.
- Generate new residential and commercial conveyancing referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand referral networks across South Australia.
- Maintain regular contact with referral partners to encourage ongoing business.
- Represent the business professionally and uphold a high standard of customer service.
- Work independently to achieve referral and settlement goals.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in business development, sales, real estate, finance, banking, or conveyancing is highly desirable.




- Existing network of real estate agents and/or mortgage brokers is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport preferred.

Commission

$300 commission for every successful settlement that results from your referred lead.

There is no limit to your earnings. The more settlements your referrals generate, the more you earn.
