Key Responsibilities
- Perform general civil labouring duties on road and infrastructure projects.
- Assist with trenching, excavation and pipe installation.
- Carry out site preparation, clean-up and general housekeeping.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist plant operators and tradespeople with daily site activities.
- Spot machinery and work safely around mobile plant.
- Perform manual handling and lifting of construction materials.
- Install drainage, pits and conduits as required.
- Follow supervisor instructions and work to project deadlines.
- Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Skills & Experience Essential
- Previous experience as a Civil Labourer.
- Current White Card (Construction Industry).
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
- Valid Roller Ticket.
- Ability to perform physically demanding manual work.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
