JRM is recruiting experienced chefs to join a premium kitchen based in Sydney CBD. This is a high-volume, well-structured kitchen producing fresh breakfasts, lunches, and catering for a busy onsite event service Monday-Friday.
This is a polished, rapid-moving kitchen, ideal for chefs who are seeking a stable, long-term weekday role working with high standards, pace, and professionalism.

About the Role
You'll work as part of a professional kitchen team delivering consistently high-quality food in a demanding setting.

- Prepare and deliver high-volume breakfast and lunch service to a premium standard
- Execute fresh, seasonal menus for café, meetings, and events
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and workflow
- Work collaboratively within a structured, well-resourced kitchen
- Monday to Friday roster

What We're Looking For

- Trade-qualified Chef with proven experience in high-volume or premium food operations




- Strong service fundamentals and consistency under pressure
- Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and autonomously within a team
- Professional presentation, communication, and time management
- Full Australian working rights
