Lasseters is looking for a Surveillance Operator to join our skilled Surveillance team. In this role, you'll help protect our gaming licence, guests, staff, and assets by monitoring casino operations, identifying irregular activity, supporting investigations, and ensuring compliance with gaming legislation and internal controls.
What we're looking for:
- Exceptional attention to detail and observation skills
- Honest, professional and discreet
- Strong written communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and remain focused
- Experience in surveillance,
security, gaming or compliance is desirable
- Ability to obtain a Casino Operative Licence, RSA and RSG
- Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
