Candidate:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at our Head Office located in Brendale. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external accounting consultants to support the operational and strategic needs of the business.

About the role:

In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing the organisation's financial management, reporting, budgeting and cash flow.

Some of you key responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and delivering accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.




- Developing the annual budget and managing quarterly budget vs actuals reviews.
- Conducting financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support business planning and strategic decision making.
- Overseeing the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
- Managing cashflow, including forecasting and monitoring business operations.

Essential Criteria:

- CA/CPA qualified
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role.
- Previous experience in supporting an administrative team.
- Previous experience working within the construction industry (preferable).
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office with the ability to adapt to new IT systems.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
