We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a motivated Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator, in this role you will work closely with the HSE Business Partner to champion a protected workplace and foster a culture of safety excellence. If you’re passionate about ensuring a physically and psychologically safe work environment and are committed to supporting our leaders, team members, and stakeholders, we want to hear from you!

Your Next Role

- All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production.
- A ‘be of service’ attitude and operating manner is shown in everything that you are involved in to support quality working relationships and deliverables.
- Our team members and frontline leaders at site are empowered to improve safety outcomes through ongoing coaching, support and guidance.
- Safety related concerns are escalated appropriately and timely to the HSE Business Partner or appropriate stakeholder.
- Improvements in site safety are facilitated by coaching and supporting areas through incident first response and event learnings, critical control verifications,



risk assessments and safety assurance activities.
- Site leadership and the HSE Business Partner are supported through the coordination of site wide HSE processes including training, inspections, safety engagements, event learning and emergency management.

About you

- HSE/Manufacturing-specific knowledge or the capacity to acquire this experience through on the job learning.
- Effective communication skills essential for conveying safety protocols, facilitating training sessions and engaging with employees at all levels to promote a culture of safety.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new information and procedures is required.
- Genuine commitment to prioritizing safety in the workplace is paramount.
- Proven ability in handling multiple priorities in a highly confidential manner.
- Certificate IV in WHS/OHS or equivalent qualifications in a relevant discipline, or ability to acquire, is desirable.
- Current Driver’s license required.
