We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our welcoming medical practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is eager to learn, and values being part of a close-knit team.

Working Hours
The position involves working during our opening hours, which may include:

- Monday to Friday: between 9:00am and 5:30pm
- Weekends: 9:00am to 3:30 pm

(Shifts will be rostered within these hours.)

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting patients in a warm, professional, and friendly manner
- Managing appointments, phone calls, and patient enquiries
- Performing general administrative and reception duties
- Supporting doctors and clinical staff with day-to-day operations
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and accurate records

About You

- Experience is required working at a medical centre and using BestPractice
- Friendly, polite,



and approachable with excellent communication skills
- Willing and eager to learn new skills and systems
- Able to work well in a quick-paced environment
- Reliable, organised, and a strong team player
- Enjoys working closely with others in a supportive, family-like team environment
