Maintenance/Handyman – Brisbane to Gold Coast

About the Role





365 Alongside is seeking a Maintenance All-Rounder who thrives on variety, takes pride in their work, and is ready to be part of a high-performing team. This is a hands-on role across multiple trade scopes—no two days are the same.

You’ll be working on:

- General building and property maintenance
- Basic carpentry, plaster patching, painting
- Door repairs, fence fixes, hardware replacement
- Small-scale make goods and insurance works
- Working across commercial, residential and body corporate sites

About You

- Strong background in general building or trade maintenance
- Competent in a range of repair and trade tasks
- Problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, well-presented and takes pride in a job well done
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle
- White Card essential
- Working rights in Australia
