CHEFS WANTED | EXPERIENCED SECTION CHEFS
Award-Winning, High-Volume Modern Italian Kitchen

We’re looking for experienced, service-driven chefs to join our established kitchen team. We are currently recruiting for multiple sections and are seeking chefs with solid experience in one of the following roles:

Positions Available

- Larder Chef – strong prep, cold section, plating and service experience
- Pizza Chef – hand-stretched pizza, dough management and woodfire/deck oven experience preferred
- Grill/Mains Chef – confident on pans, grill and main section during busy service
- Pasta Chef – fresh pasta, sauces, section management and high-volume service

What We’re Looking For
We want chefs who can run their section, work clean, stay calm under pressure and produce quality food consistently.

You will have:

- Minimum 2+ years experience in the section you’re applying for
- Strong service experience in a busy professional kitchen
- Good pace, organisation and section control
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- A team-first attitude and solid work ethic
- Experience with gluten-free/coeliac-safe preparation highly regarded
