Hi everyone!

Care Circles is an NDIS provider supporting participants across mental health, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disabilities, and Complex Behaviours in Sydney.

We are currently looking for female support workers between 25–30 (as per our participants preference) to provide support for one of our participants near Blacktown. We’re seeking an individual who has 6 months – 1 year minimum experience in the NDIS Disability Sector.

- Community Access and Social Support
- Support with Appointments and Outings
- Assistance with Daily Living Tasks
- Building Independence and Life Skills
- Light Domestic Assistance and Meal Prep
- Progress Notes (shift notes) and Documentation
- Promoting Choice,



Dignity, and Inclusion

Essential Requirements:

- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- Reliable Insured Vehicle
- Robust Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability To Work Independently And As Part of a Team
- Minimum 6–12 Months Experience In The Disability Support Sector
