What you’ll be leading as Head of People and Culture:

Reporting to Federal Group's Chief People Officer, the Head of People & Culture is accountable for leading the people strategy, workforce capability and culture agenda that enables Odyssey Technology to achieve its growth, product, innovation and commercial objectives.

The role serves as the senior strategic people partner to Odyssey's executive and leadership teams, ensuring the business has the organisational capability, leadership strength, workforce agility and culture required to successfully execute its strategy.

The Head of P&C; is responsible for translating enterprise P&C; strategy into practical business outcomes through workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, performance, culture, employee relations and organisational effectiveness initiatives.

The role will also lead the successful implementation of enterprise-wide People & Culture initiatives within Odyssey Technology.





What you will bring as our Head of People & Culture:

You are a commercially minded people leader with the ability to build credibility quickly and influence at all levels of an organisation. You have successfully partnered with executives to deliver business outcomes through people, culture and capability initiatives, and are equally comfortable shaping strategy as you are leading organisational change.

Ideally, you will also bring experience within the technology, digital, product development or skilled services environment and tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or a related discipline.
