To become part of the Marigold Community Services team we are looking for applicants who are willing to work shift work, including normal hours, weekdays and/or weekends. We are also looking for support workers to perform sleep over SIL shifts. Please indicate your availability on your application.
Marigold Community Services provides direct support services to people living with disability and those requiring other support services within the community. We have participants of all ages, supported through a range different service models including in-home care, community access, camps. Supports provided are helping clients with shopping, taking them out to client appointments, working on building their capacity in accordance to their NDIS goals. Most of our clients come for a psycho social background

You are required to have a current driver’s license and a car, current police check,
basic IT skills and a smart phone., NDIS Workers Orientation Module and qualifications.

- Currently have a Cert III in Personal Care, Disability or Mental Health (or willing to obtain)
Desirable accreditations competencies:
- Certificate III / IV or Diploma in Disability/Aged Care /Mental Health or any relevant qualification (highly desirable)
Successful applicants will possess resilience, self-confidence and a willingness to engage participants with various backgrounds and needs. You will need to have robust communication skills and an ability to develop positive relationships with participants and actively support their individual needs in line with their NDIS goals. We also have attractive weekend rates!
