About the Role

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Youth Workers to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide essential support that empowers clients to maintain their wellbeing, build life skills, achieve personal goals, and engage meaningfully within their community.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate community access and social participation
- Assist clients in promoting mental health, wellbeing, and independence
- Encourage and support the development of lifelong skills

Shifts are available throughout the weekend.

Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

- Minimum 6 months of experience, including personal care and community participation
- Reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle and a current unrestricted driver’s licence




- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Strong initiative with the ability to work independently
- A professional, compassionate approach with a genuine commitment to quality care
- Reliability and punctuality

Mandatory Documentation

Applicants must provide:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working With Children Check
- National Police Check (clear and recent)
- COVID-19 Vaccination certificate
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Work references
- Right to work in Australia
