Full-Time Site Manager – Neerabup

Are you currently a Category Manager in a supermarket?

Or a Shift Manager in a fast-food or hospitality environment ready to take the next step in your career?

Our Neerabup site includes full range of fuels, fuel products, general merchandise like confectionery, chips, general groceries, daily use products, car and mobile accessories, kids’ food, kid’s products, toys, pets’ food and toys along with and a big range of hot and cold food for dine in and takeaway.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, including:

- Daily reconciliations and banking

- Staff leadership, supervision and rostering

- Delivering exceptional customer service

- Merchandising and maintaining store presentation

- WH&S; compliance

- Stock control and inventory management

- Food safety compliance

- Implementing and upholding company policies and procedures

- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and suppliers

About You





To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Excellent communication skills

- A strong team-focused work ethic

- The ability to quickly learn fuel industry POS, back-office systems and compliance requirements

- High-level computer proficiency

- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team

- Confidence working with figures and producing accurate reports

- Flexibility with work hours, including after-hours availability when required

- The ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines

- A genuine drive to succeed in a management role
