We are seeking a skilled and motivated Joiner or Cabinet Making Tradesperson to join our Team and apply their expertise to the production of high-quality custom furniture.

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret architectural and workshop drawings
- Ability to calculate material and cutting lists
- Construct jigs and fixtures as required
- Operate woodworking machinery, including panel saws and thicknessers
- Program and operate CNC woodworking machinery, including flat-bed CNC machine
- Select appropriate materials, fittings, and hardware
- Assemble and finish furniture components to a high standard

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Trade Qualification or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant trade
- A robust interest in furniture making and craftsmanship
- Sound knowledge of timber materials, hardware, and construction methods
- Good mathematical and measuring skills




- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating initiative when required
- Excellent punctuality and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
- A positive attitude and commitment to producing quality work
