Seeking Experienced, Reliable and Passionate NDIS Support workers

About the Role: As a Disabilty Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering individuals with disabilties to lead lives of their choosing. In this role, you will work both independently and as part of a team, delivering a range of services aimed at helping participants live independently, actively participate in their local community, and engage in meaningful opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Support participants in living an active lifestyle and participating in their community through person-centered support and programs.

Implement positive behaviour strategies according to behaviour support plans.

Assist and support participants with personal hygiene and care.

Maintain open communication with management and famlies about the participant's progress.

Undertake household tasks such as menu planning, cooking, and cleaning.

Maintain progress notes and records.

NOTE: Estimate of rates, these are casual rates and will be paid in line with Qualifications and experience. Positions available are part-time or casual.

Pay: $30.00 – $49.00 per hour
