The Role
We’re on the lookout for talented Events/Corporate Chefs for casual and full-time work at a variety of locations around Sydney.
Successful applicants will have:
- Working Rights in Australia
- Previous experience at CDP or Sous Chef level with high end functions exposure
- You will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Be a team player,
but also be able to work autonomously
- Attention to detail and great time management is a must
- Excellent English communication skills
- Standard chef uniform and knife kit is necessary
- Impeccable hygiene and grooming
- Be familiar and up to date with Food Safety requirements and WHS legislation
- Qualified Chef with Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
