The Role
We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist to work between our Upper Mount Gravatt location and our Springfield clinic as required.

Qualifications & experience

- Minimum of 2 years medical reception/ administration experience preferred
- Adaptability to lead our work environment and administrative team
- Experience in a senior medical administrative and team leader role an advantage
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office, medical software,



Medical Objects and IT troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent presentation, communication skills, a positive attitude and willingness to use intuitive

Tasks & responsibilities

- Completing and supervising front desk reception tasks & admin team
- Day to day operational management of practice in collaboration with clinical and management team
- Management of invoicing, Medicare billing & rejections, inpatient billing and bank account reconciliation

The Person
The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and efficient individual with an eye for detail and the ability to take on any task and successfully follow it through. The candidate will have a caring and friendly attitude towards both staff and patients. The candidate with bring a “Can do Attitude” showing initiative and leadership in a senior role.

Job Types: Part time, Casual

Pay: $29.00 – $52.01 per hour
