Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Eligibility Fast Track professional to join our Workers Compensation team.

In this role, you will be responsible for quick tracking the assessment of claims that are not being disputed by the employer, helping to ensure injured workers receive prompt support and timely outcomes.

You will work closely with both workers and employers to confirm injury details, explain return to work requirements, entitlements and ongoing claims processes, and ensure claims are registered promptly and accurately.

A key part of the role will also include activating provisional payment entitlements for mental injury claims in line with relevant requirements.

This role plays an important part in delivering a supportive, efficient and responsive claims experience.

How you'll make an impact

Key Responsibilities

- Fast track the assessment of claims that are not disputed by the employer
- Liaise with workers and employers to gather and confirm injury details




- Support the return to work process by explaining obligations, entitlements and next steps
- Ensure timely and accurate registration of claims
- Activate provisional payment entitlements for mental injury claims where applicable
- Maintain clear, professional and empathetic communication throughout the claims process
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support efficient claim progression
- Follow established processes, guidelines and compliance requirements
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to all parties involved

About you

Training and Development

You will receive a structured 8-week in-office training program upon commencement of the role. This program is designed to help you build a strong understanding of all relevant processes, systems and procedures required to succeed in the position.

Ongoing support and development will also be available to help you grow your career over time.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience in Workers Compensation or insurer environments
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A background in customer service-based roles
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a range of stakeholders
- A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
