We are looking for an experienced, professional Chef to be part of our vibrant, hard-working team. People who are looking for a career with a growing national company in a unique atmosphere whilst keeping true to our Italian heritage.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

- At least 1+ years' experience in a high-volume, fast paced establishment
- A relevant Diploma Qualification or at least 1-3 years of employment experience
- Italian product knowledge an advantage
- Understanding of wood fired pizza oven
- The passion and drive to succeed and produce high quality dishes to our company standards
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail in all areas of your work
- Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards




- Flexibility over a 7-day rotating roster
- Willingness to undergo further training and development within our brand
- Full Time salary of $75,000-$85,000 plus Super
