About The Role

Thrive, Drysdale are very excited to be looking for an experienced cook to nourish our children (up to 130 per day however currently running at approx 50 per day as we are a new centre).

This role offers part-time hours, working 6 hours per day (8:30am - 3pm negotiable), Monday to Friday.

As the centre cook, you will menu plan, order supplies,



collaborate with families and educators for new meal ideas and oversee the day to day duties within the kitchen.

To be considered for this amazing opportunity you will be required to have the following:

- Food Handling Certificate or Certificate in Commercial Cookery
- A current VIC Employee Working With Children Check (or be willing to obtain)
- A passion to work with children and work in a collaborative environment
- Good communication skills and an ability to build relationships with children and families
