At TJX Australia (TK Maxx), our Loss Prevention team helps protect our people, products, and stores. We're looking for a Covert Loss Prevention Associate to support our Organised Retail Crime (ORC) strategy by identifying repeat offenders, gathering intelligence, and working closely with Police and internal teams to reduce theft across our business.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in Loss Prevention, Security, or Investigations who enjoys working independently, observing detail, and contributing to meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Conduct covert surveillance in stores and retail precincts to identify organised retail crime activity and repeat offenders.
- Gather, document, and report intelligence, observations, and evidence to support investigations.
- Work closely with Police, centre security, and Loss Prevention teams to support ORC initiatives.
- Prepare incident reports, witness statements, and case documentation.




- Support shrink reduction efforts through intelligence gathering and investigative activities.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Investigations, or a related field.
- Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Understanding of retail theft and organised retail crime behaviours.
- Ability to remain professional, discreet, and calm in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance.
