WEEKEND ROLE | MUST HAVE OWN CAR & LICENSE

Location: Pick up Booth from Preston OR Maribyrnong, Drive & work at various locations (event venues) accross Victoria.

Ghost Booth Events is looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and bubbly Photo Booth Attendants to join our growing team. The role has an opportunity to grow into a self-managing role.

Ghost Booth Events, the customised event experience has been operating a unique photo booth, and signage hire experience in Melbourne since 2017. We take pride in our sleek, modern booths and exceptional customer service.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- Excellent people skills and personal presentation.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to work unsupervised for extended periods.
- Appreciation for the unique team environment at events to collectively create event success with other suppliers.
- The ability to actively seek out ways to improve our guest and client experiences.
- An old-school approach to customer service.
- Australian driver’s license.
- Attendants must be able to safely lift storage boxes. (Max 12KG Box)

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

- Delivery, set up and pack down of the photo booth, signage, stationery and event decor following Ghost Booth Events procedures.




- Assisting clients and guests during the event with their photo booth queries.
- Taking care of the customer’s guest book and assisting guests.
- Liaising with venue staff on the day to ensure all details are correct.
- A fantastic attitude and genuine desire to create an incredible event experience.
- Finally, showing the utmost respect for each and every customer’s once in a lifetime celebration.

BONUS:

- Experience with Photography/Videography
- Basic tech knowledge of connecting a computer / troubleshooting
- Social Media Content Creating

HOURS:

- Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights (sometimes days also)
- Occasional mid week night shifts
- Casual Role with the potential for a Part-Time Weekend Role.

AVAILABILITY:

- Must be available and willing to work minimum 50% Friday / Saturday / Sunday nights every month.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 – 14 per week
