Cellar Door Team Member

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Cellar Door Team Member to join our family-owned vineyard.

Bonvilla Estate is a rapidly growing family-owned winery located in Pokolbin. Alongside our cellar door, we also operate a luxury villa and host a variety of events, including weddings and private functions.

This role involves working two weekdays plus Saturdays within our cellar door, which is open 7 days a week from 10am–5pm. The role will also include the occasional off-site event and/or after-hours function.

The role will include:

- Hosting wine tastings and creating engaging experiences for guests
- Sharing our story, wines, and passion with visitors
- Providing exceptional customer service and building solid relationships with guests
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming cellar door environment
- Stocking and managing cellar door supplies
- Assisting with occasional administration tasks
- Supporting general day-to-day operations of a small family business
- Assisting with occasional events, weddings, and off-site functions

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience working in a cellar door




- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A genuine passion for wine and creating memorable guest experiences
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Wine qualifications are highly regarded but not essential
