Redcape Hospitality is looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Hand to join the team at Flagstone Tavern.
This casual role offers approximately 15–20 hours per week, with opportunities for additional shifts during busy periods.
No kitchen experience? No problem. If you’re reliable, willing to learn and ready to work as part of a busy team, we’ll provide the training and support you need.

What You’ll Do
- Wash and store kitchen equipment, crockery and utensils
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service
- Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and storage
- Complete daily cleaning and kitchen preparation tasks
- Support the chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliability and a solid work ethic
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- A team-first approach during busy service
- Availability across days, nights,
weekends and public holidays
- Previous kitchen experience is welcome but not essential
