A position has become available for a friendly and very capable receptionist to join our busy suburban physio clinic working with a great team of Allied Health professionals.
The role involves greeting patients at the reception desk, answering the telephone, taking payments, making appointments, and providing administrative support to the practice clinicians. Our clinic boasts a relaxed and friendly environment, but our Reception desk can get very busy where the ability to stay calm and organised is extremely important.
Receptionist experience is very desirable but not essential. The right candidate will be friendly and highly organised, with the ability to quickly learn our diary management software.

Hours required:
Wednesdays: 3pm-8pm
Thursdays: 3pm-8pm
Must also have the ability to occasionally cover other shifts.
