About the Role
- Provide specialist wound care across residential aged care homes (onsite & virtual)
- Conduct advanced wound assessments and develop evidence-based care plans
- Lead complex wound interventions, including debridement within scope
- Deliver telehealth consultations and real-time coaching to site teams
- Drive education, capability uplift and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate nationally to improve clinical outcomes and resident care

What You’ll Bring
- Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration
- 5+ years’ experience, including 3+ years in specialist wound care
- Demonstrated debridement competency and credentialling
- Strong knowledge of complex wound management and pressure injury prevention
- Experience delivering virtual and in-person clinical care
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and coaching capability
