Cockatoo Dental is a contemporary, patient-focused dental clinic located in Cockatoo. We’re looking for a kind, reliable Senior Dental Assistant / Receptionist (All-Rounder) to join our friendly team.

This is a blended role combining chairside assisting and reception duties, perfect for someone who enjoys supporting patients and being part of a positive, close-knit team.

About the Role

This position includes a mix of clinical assisting and front desk responsibilities, helping ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for patients.

Your duties may include:

- Chairside dental assisting
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms
- Sterilisation and infection control
- Welcoming and assisting patients at reception
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Supporting clinicians and helping the practice run efficiently

Skills & Experience

- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (minimum requirement)
- 4–5 years of dental experience preferred
- Comfortable with both chairside assisting and reception tasks
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Reliable, positive and professional

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 – $37.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
