Description

- Provide a professional, welcoming, and responsive experience for customers and visitors as the first point of contact.
- Manage customer enquiries and support requests in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with customer visits, meetings, and events as required.
- Support the processing of purchase orders, invoices, and other financial transactions.
- Assist with operational reporting, revenue tracking, and administrative reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments to support the smooth delivery of training operations.
- Provide administrative support to the Centre Leadership team and wider business.
- Coordinate office supplies and general facility requirements.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and other administrative activities.
- Contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of the training centre.

Minimum Qualifications





- Previous experience in customer service, administration, reception, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach with problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using business systems and databases.

Preferred Qualifications

- Interest in aviation or training operations.
