About the Role

As a Back of House Team Member, you will be the engine of our kitchen. Your primary focus will be high-quality meal preparation, including:

- Prepping fresh ingredients (chopping vegetables, preparing salads, marinating meats).
- Following precise brand recipes and make-guides to maintain exceptional standards.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic food prep station.

What We Are Looking For

- Knife Skills: Experience using commercial-grade knives and kitchen equipment.
- Attention to Detail: Proven ability to follow recipes and food presentation guidelines strictly.
- Efficiency & Time Management: Ability to thrive and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player:



A strong work ethic with the flexibility to work independently or alongside a small team.
- Food Safety Standards: A solid understanding of proper food safety and hygiene practices.
- Availability: Adaptable availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Preferred: Minimum 6 months of previous food handling or kitchen experience.
