Mandatory Technical Skills:-

- Provide L2/L3 production support for business applications and platforms running on Snowflake, DBT, ADLS, AKS
- Manage and support Snowflake, DBT, ADLS, AKS environments, clusters, jobs, workflows, and integrations.
- Monitor and manage end-to-end batch processing, workflows, and scheduling using Control-M.
- ServiceNow experience for Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
- Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Manage deployment activities and release processes across multiple environments.

Nice to have:-

- Experience in developing automa tions.
- Shell and Groovy scripting will be huge plus.
- Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Git for source code management.
- Experience with SonarQube for code quality analysis
