We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate commercial embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered garments and products while maintaining production schedules and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate commercial embroidery machines.
- Load designs, thread machines, and prepare garments for production.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Maintain production records and meet daily production targets.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely order completion.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating embroidery machines is preferred.
- Experience with commercial embroidery brands such as Tajima, Barudan, or SWF is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic computer skills for loading embroidery files.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg when required.
