iRepair Tech is seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our team at Hyperdome Shopping Centre, Loganholme QLD 4129. This role is pivotal in providing excellent customer service and high-quality repair services to our valued clients. As a Mobile Phone Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of mobile devices, ensuring our customers leave satisfied with the service they received.

What you'll be doing

- Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile phone repairs, accessories. Proven ability to repair a range of devices including iPhone, Samsung, Oppo, and others.
- Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify and resolve hardware and software issues with mobile phones, tablets and other devices




- Carry out intricate repair procedures, including screen replacements, battery replacements and more
- Process incoming repair requests in a timely manner, providing realistic turnaround times to customers
- Proven expertise in product sales, understanding customer needs, and upselling
- Sell Mobile Phone accessories to customers, offering guidance and recommendations based on their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work setting

Pay: $26.00 – $33.00 per hour
