A Production Operator is responsible for operating machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process to produce high-quality products safely and efficiently. They monitor production lines, inspect finished goods, maintain equipment, and ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Assemble, package, or process products accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or production issues.
- Perform routine machine setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Record production data, machine performance, and inventory information.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S or similar workplace standards.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to improve production efficiency.




- Assist with loading raw materials and unloading finished products as required.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training is an advantage).
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to operate machinery and follow detailed work instructions.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures is an advantage.
