Food & Beverage Supervisor – Full Time | Visy Dior Hotel Norwest

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team, creating memorable guest experiences, and taking pride in delivering high-quality service every day.

About the Role

As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, and conference spaces. You’ll lead and support the team to ensure smooth service delivery while maintaining our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations across allocated Food & Beverage outlets
- Lead by example and ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered
- Communicate and delegate tasks effectively to the team
- Support and develop team members through training, onboarding, and performance appraisals
- Handle guest queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution
- Assist with rostering, stock control, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Requirements

- Excellent communication and leadership skills




- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service
- Previous supervisory experience within a food & beverage environment
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Current RSA Certificate

Preferred

- Experience working in both banquet and restaurant settings
