Ishacare Services is a growing NDIS provider supporting participants across Melbourne, including Eastern and South-Eastern regions. We are committed to delivering person-centred, high-quality supports that enhance independence, wellbeing, and overall quality of life.
We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Occupational Therapist to support adults with disabilities. This role focuses on helping participants build capacity, improve daily living skills, and achieve their individual goals.
The role includes a mix of community-based and telehealth services, depending on participant needs.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting functional assessments and NDIS-related reports
- Developing tailored support strategies and recommendations
- Supporting participants to build independence in daily living tasks
- Providing therapy, education, and guidance to participants, families, and support networks
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, holistic care

- Is proactive, compassionate, and person-centred in their approach
- Is confident working both independently and collaboratively
Requirements
- Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check
- Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Own professional insurances
Experience
- NDIS experience preferred; alternatively, experience within the health or allied health field
