The Opportunity

We’re currently looking for a Bartender to join the team at NOMAD Sydney. This role suits someone who’s confident with guest interaction, has robust attention to detail, and brings initiative to every shift.

Experience in premium service is essential, along with a working knowledge of wines by the glass. Coffee skills are a bonus but not a must.

Our ideal candidate will have

- Experience working in high-volume, restaurant/bar environments.
- A solid knowledge of spirits, wines, and beverages, and a passion for continued learning.
- An eye for detail and a guest-first mindset, with a flair for adding personalised touches to the experience.




- The ability to work independently, always showing professionalism, respect, and kindness.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: $33.85 – $48.95 per hour
