About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Junior Interior Designer to join our growing Sydney team.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career designer who enjoys working with people and has excellent communication and presentation skills. You will work closely with clients, assist in developing design concepts, present ideas, and collaborate with our experienced design and project teams throughout each project.

Our dedicated Documents team manages the detailed documentation, allowing you to focus on design development, creativity, and client engagement while continuing to build your technical experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet with clients to understand their design requirements and assist in presenting design concepts.
- Prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, presentation materials, and 3D visualisations.
- Assist in selecting finishes, materials, furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Work closely with the Documents team to ensure approved design concepts are accurately documented.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and senior designers throughout project delivery.
- Continue developing your knowledge of commercial interior design, products, and industry trends.

Skills & Experience





- Recent graduate or up to 2 years' experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Commercial interior design experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Enscape or similar rendering software is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Confidence interacting with clients and presenting design ideas.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to develop professionally.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
