Our pest control company is a family-owned pest control business operating across the Gold Coast, South Brisbane, and Northern NSW since 2017. We're proud of our reputation and our specialisation in termite inspections and protection plans. We're a small, close-knit team that genuinely cares about doing the job right.

We're looking for a licensed Termite & Pest Control Technician to join us on a casual basis, with the opportunity to grow as the business grows.

About the role

You'll be carrying out termite inspections, general pest treatments, commercial treatments and most things in between, across our service area. You'll be working alongside our existing technicians, representing a business that's built its name on quality work and trust in the community.

What you'll be doing

- Conducting timber pest inspections and providing explicit, accurate reports
- Carrying out general pest control treatments (cockroaches, spiders, silverfish, ants), End of Lease treatments, rodent treatments, wasp treatments, mosquito treatments etc
- Installing and maintaining termite management systems and protection plans




- Communicating professionally with clients on-site, explaining findings and recommendations
- Maintaining accurate job records and complying with all safety and chemical handling requirements
- Representing our team with the same care and professionalism that's earned us our reputation

What we're looking for

- Current pest control licence (QLD), with timber pest inspection specification
- 2–3 years' hands-on experience in pest or termite control, minimum
- A current driver's licence and reliable driving record
- A vehicle of your own
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Physically fit and comfortable working in roof voids, under houses, and outdoors in all weather
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a small team

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
